Elite Coaching demands something that is entirely different. It relies on knowing the right options, having high value insights, using well connected networks, realising opportunities and being supported by experts. It’s a personal, very human process, relying on expertise, judgement and a brilliant team of Coaches.
We personally meet all of our clients before accepting them. However, if a client’s geographical location makes it difficult for them to come and see us in the first instance, we can offer an initial, exploratory meeting using our video conferencing facilities.
By operating from one International Headquarters, we can ensure that we always provide the very highest levels of client care and that our clients receive consistency of service, wherever they might be based in the world.
Our success is based on being able to fully understand what our client is looking for and we assess whether the client is the right client for us based on whether the following three programmes are right for them.
Our three Bespoke Programmes are as follows:
Club
Our club members receive a very personal and professional service from our Coaching Panel which is based wholly around meeting the goals and objectives of our client.
Our fees for a 12-month club programme are $25,000 excluding GST.
Custom
As the name suggests, our custom service is tailored entirely around a client’s specific set of requirements. Prerequisites might include specific roles, industries, organisations and specific career change options.
If you’re accepted as a custom client, our highly experienced, well-connected and expert Coaching team will develop options and introductions for you. There will also be your own dedicated Coaching associate working for you at all times.
The fees for our Custom service start (depending on the criteria) from $35,000 excluding GST for a 12-month period
Private Commission
For select clients our Managing Director, Terry McCloy, accepts a number of private clients who prefer a highly tailored approach and a confidential, one-to-one relationship with Terry.
These clients are often in the public eye or from high profile organisations and can have very specific or industry sensitive requirements.
They therefore demand the very highest levels of expert knowledge about where and how to search for the right opportunity and liaise with Terry exclusively throughout their service. Private clients are only accepted following a detailed meeting with Terry.
The fees for our custom service start from $50,000 excluding GST for a 12-month period - depending on the complexity of the client’s brief.
